Train to Gain Employer of the Year

This award recognises an employer who can demonstrate the tangible benefits of workforce development on its business.

The judges are looking for outstanding examples of employers where employees have achieved qualifications whilst being proactively encouraged and supported by the employer to achieve beyond their expectations. Illustrations and examples will be considered where impact and effectiveness of the workforce development makes significant contribution to the productivity and sustainability of the business.

There are three awards given in this category:

- Small Employer of the Year (1 to 49 employees)
- Medium Employer of the Year (50-100 employees)
- Large Employer of the Year (101+ employees)
