‘Success in Leadership and Management’ focuses on seeking examples of how developing the leadership and management skills of business leaders or senior managers in Small and Medium size Enterprises (SMEs) can demonstrate the value of leadership development.

This award recognises a leader or senior manager of an organisation that has undertaken leadership development which illustrates a step change in the strategic management of the organisation.

The judges are looking for examples of leadership development which the individual can use for the benefit of others or in depriving business benefits for the organisation.
